This is a support group with a focus on self-improvement. Each month features a topic to help you improve your life in some small way, with daily posts in the group and blogs in the private member's only section.

There is the option of meeting one-on-one with yours truly, Amy Garvey.

I'm a regular gal, 48 years old, with a lot of lived experience, particularly in support groups. As a woman living well with bipolar disorder, I've been in tons of "support" groups, many of which were not really all that supportive. 

​

4G is different. Each person gets the opportunity to speak, and it's guided by the 4G's: Gratitude

We take a little time at the beginning for gratitude journaling, setting the tone for listening to others with an open heart and mind.

​

Then each person gets the opportunity to tell us what they're grateful for, where they need grace in this week (what have you not accomplished, where have you messed up, what do you need to simply forgive yourself for?), where they've made gains in the past week, and what their goals are for the upcoming week.

​

We keep the groups small, so that everyone has the chance to speak and clear their minds and hearts.

​
